Nightmare Seed – It is a seed received if you are a herbalist and you pick up the Nightmare Vine herb in Outland, located mostly in the Shadowmoon Valley. Nightmare seed increases your health by 2000 for 30 seconds. It is nice in crucial situations when every HP matters or while tanking.

Stonescale Eels – Finding WoW special items like Stonescale Eels doesn’t require your fishing skill to be at maximum and the best time to fish is definitely late at night. Coasts of Kalimdor are the best place to fish these.
