WoW Class Guide - The World of Warcraft Job Classes
What type of hero are you? Are you the self-sacrificing type?
Do you prefer to go solo? Do you find yourself at your best
when you’re around members of your party? These are only a few
questions that you will be faced when you create your character
and decide to embark on your journey through WoW. Determining
this is very important because
the different World of Warcraft classes are tailored fit to
the kind of player you are. Depending on the class you choose,
you would be enjoying over a thousand spells and skills!
Now isn’t that exciting? Here’s something that might help
you decide what direction and class to take:
Death Knight
The Death Knight is a well
known class, popular for the fearsome aura it
exudes. The first Hero class that completely
broke away from the standard definition of a
hero, the WoW Death Knight is a unique and
interesting character to play. Coming from a
past that involved being a servant of the Lich
King, the Death Knight is a heavy-armor clad
presence with remarkable battle experience and
a whole arsenal of skills and forbidden magic
ready at their disposal. A force to be reckoned
with, the Death Knight’s knowledge from their
ominous time with the Lich King, will be their
main strength.

Druid
Druids are wielders of
nature’s strength and power. WoW Druids can
take advantage of the best of both worlds. They
can be reliable and efficient healers, using
their affinity with nature to heal their
comrades and cure deadly poison. In the middle
of a challenging battle, WoW Druids can be
relied on to raise fallen comrades. The good
thing about this class is that they can also be
as ruthless and brutal in dealing damage
through energy blasts and summoning. Another
unique attribute is the Druid’s ability to
shapeshift. This is a truly versatile class for
the versatile player.

Hunter
Hunters are characterized by
their ability to fend for their own. Hunters
can take down enemies and beasts at a good
distance away using weapons such as bows and
rifles. Because WoW Hunters are trained to
survive on their own, they have learned the art
of setting up traps and tracking down enemies.
They use stealth and cunning to bring down
enemies no matter how small or large it is.
Hunters are also the class who can dual wield
weapons. They are likewise accompanied by a
loyal pet by their side.

the Holy Light and they are known to be the
righteous guardians of the Alliance. A WoW
Paladin class has all the trimmings of a strong
and sturdy support character. They wear heavy
armor and are able to wield heavy weapons but
at the same time, they deliver holy aura to
their comrades and support them in battle. They

Priest
Priests are the healers and
preservers of the faith. Their skills revolve
around healing their allies, providing
protection against enemies in battle, and when
the situation calls for it, they also raise
their fallen comrades. A WoW Priest has his
forte and talents resting on protection,
defense and enhancement skills. However, that
doesn’t mean that they can’t exact glorious
damage on their foes! With their holy magic,
divine powers and shadow elements, they can
deal terrible damage to their enemies. The fact
that priests are highly valuable in battle
makes them efficient party members.

Rogue
Rogues deal their offensive
tactics through a flurry of overwhelming
attacks. The defining characteristic of a WoW
Rogue is their stealthy and cunning way in
executing their attack. Rogues are masters of
the shadow and of hiding. They are fully
capable of moving undetected and unseen. An
enemy falling into the hands of a WoW Rogue
will never know what hit him. Aside from this
technique, Rogues are also well versed with
creating poison that could damage their enemy
long after they’re through with them. Rogues
can also open locked chests, locked doors and
disarm traps.

Shaman
Shamans are spiritual icons
of their tribe or clan’s faith. They take full
command of the different elements present in
nature. A WoW Shaman would use his abilities
and call upon nature and use their totems to
enhance their comrades in battle while at the
same time, deal heavy damage to their enemies.
Shamans can wear medium armor and surprisingly,
they also have the ability to wield colossal
two-handed weapons. The good thing about a WoW
Shaman is how versatile they are. You can have
a Shaman in your party who heals his comrades
one moment and then hurl an elemental bolt the
next moment.

Warlock
Warlocks are creatures of
the dark. They delight and have control over
the shadow, flame and sinister demonic power.
Their talent is in casting disease and curse
spells to their enemies and manipulating flame
to do their bidding. A WoW Warlock does not
only have power over fire, but they can cast
shadow bolts to slay their enemies as well. In
addition to that, this class also has the
ability to summon demons to act as their aid in
battle. Coincidentally, their demonic powers
can also be used for support and
protection.

Warrior
Warriors are known to be the
meat and brawns in a party. They are so big and
so strong that their reputation of being a
raging killing machine would leave other softer
classes taking cover. A WoW Warrior will be
able to withstand killer blows that would
otherwise render other classes unable to fight
back. They could protect their comrades and
deliver a damaging blow as well. A single
counter attack from a warrior could deal an
insane amount of damage. Warriors work best
when they are faced with a whole multitude of
opponents; they get tougher with every blow
they receive.
